With Dream Lab, I'm counting many years of experience in event management, having worked with clients such as Red Bull, Campari and others to enthrall small and large audiences.

Over time, my focus shifted and drawn by a longing for deeply meaningful experiences, I was diving into research culminating in a Master's degree in Business & Innovation Management, complemented by my academic publication, "Principles of Imagineering", a scientific study about the theoretical underpinnings of experience design which provides a framework for guiding principles in the field.

This strong academic foundation and my passion for sensory-rich, soul-touching experiences, was leading me to found "Dream Lab - Experience Design" in 2015, a 360 degree concept, production and consulting agency that is dedicated to designing experiences that resonate on a profound level, emphasizing sensory engagement, emotion design and personal connection.

I'm committed to leveraging experience design for social impact and I'm a proud founding member of the "Order of the Wild," a collective of Impact Experience Designers.  We are collaborating  with NGOs, NPOs and impact projects to create experiences that drive positive change in fields such as climate change, nature conservation and biodiversity.

In addition to my consultancy work, I am a founding member and in the council board of the World Experience Organization (WXO). The WXO is the place for global professionals in experience design to foster positive change and explore emerging trends. My passion for knowledge-sharing extends to my role as a lecturer at hospitality and tourism schools.

My latest heart project is DreamBox - it exemplifies my dedication to promoting holistic well-being through sensory experiences. This project aims to provide personalized relaxation and foster mental health through immersive sensory design and still searches for collaborators (-> feel free to contact me if this  raises your interest - we're also looking for funding..;)..)
